Dr. William G. MacDonald has been a chiropractor since 1975. He graduated from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy in 1964, receiving a B.S. in General Engineering and serving as a commanding officer of a buoy tender before resigning his commission. He then worked for an engineering consulting company, doing time-motion studies in government contracting before following his heart desire to become a chiropractor. Dr. MacDonald returned to chiropractic school, and received his B.S. in Human Anatomy and Doctorate in Chiropractic from National College of Chiropractic in 1975. He jokes that he is now involved in human structural engineering related to his general engineering background.
Dr. MacDonald now has over 900 post graduate hours in Applied Kinesiology and extensive training in Contract Reflex Analysis, Body Restoration Technique, Pain Neutralization Technique. Dr. MacDonald has also puts strong emphasis on nutrition as it relates to quality of health since he initially started his practice and uses Nutritional Response Testing developed by Dr. Ulan. He is also a member of the American Chiropractic Association. |
